Hi, my name is Jenay Goranson, owner of Jenay G Makeup. I have been doing makeup professionally since 2007 and have been a licensed cosmetologist since 2008. In 2019, I started my business Jenay G makeup and decided 2020 was my time to branch out from my 9-5 to a full time freelance makeup career.
Makeup has given me the privilege of working weddings and events in some of the best locations around Reno, Lake Tahoe, Southern and Northern California, Las Vegas and even Hawaii.
Creating bridal looks is one of my favorite things to do but i have also done some other pretty amazing stuff in my career so far. I've worked on different runway shows for Oscar de la Renta in North Lake Tahoe, Macy's passport in San Francisco, Cirque du Soleil in Las Vegas and have even had the pleasure of working with Steven Tyler of Aerosmith in South Lake Tahoe.
With a love of making people feel special, my skills can help for any occasion; photo shoots, weddings, parties or just because someone needs a pick me up on a Wednesday. No event is too big or too small. 🤍

My makeup kit is ever growing with the highest quality products including but not limited to; Mac, Charlotte Tilbury, Hourgalss, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Laura Mercier and Temptu for airbrushing.
I have been trained and have certifications for proper sanitation, and am proud to say the safety of my clients a top priority.
